My healing journey began long before I ever stepped into this work. As a survivor of multiple traumatic brain injuries, brain surgeries, stroke, coma, Hydrocephalus, and the profound emotional trauma that comes with these experiences, I developed a deep understanding of what it means to live with chronic head, neck, and jaw discomfort. I know the fear, the frustration, and the exhaustion that can arise when the body shuts down and life feels completely out of balance.

Moving through these challenges reshaped my life’s purpose. I made a personal vow to help as many people as possible find relief, hope, and a path forward—especially those navigating similar struggles.

My journey ignited a passion for supporting individuals dealing with ongoing discomfort, stress, tension, and the emotional weight that often comes with them. I am committed to helping clients break free from cycles of pain and trauma, restoring a greater sense of balance and ease in their lives.

Every session I offer is rooted in empathy, compassion, and lived experience. I understand what it feels like to not be heard, not be believed, or not be seen. My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins when you feel supported, understood, and empowered.
